How billing works
- Payment is in Telegram Stars (XTR) only, inside Telegram. Plumbline never sees a card or bank detail.
- Pro starts only after Telegram confirms the payment.
- Telegram only offers recurring subscriptions in 30-day periods, which is why the recurring plan is monthly and the shorter option is a one-time pass.

Cancel a monthly plan any time with
/planin the bot, or in Telegram under Settings, My Stars, Subscriptions. Pro then stays active until the paid period ends.
Refunds

Within 24 hours of a payment you can refund it yourself in full from
/paysupport, once every 30 days. - Charged twice, or charged and Pro did not start: write to joshuamhone9@gmail.com and it will be refunded in full.
- After 24 hours, time you have already used is not refunded, but you can stop renewal.
Telegram support cannot help with purchases made inside the bot. Use
/paysupport or the email above.
