Terms of use
Last updated 21 October 2026.
These terms are between you and Joshua Mhone, an individual, who runs Plumbline. By using the bot or paying for Pro you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Plumbline is
Plumbline reports observations and a verdict level about a link or TON wallet address. A verdict is an indicator, not a guarantee, a finding of fact, or advice. “No known threats found” does not mean safe. You decide what to do, and you are responsible for your own decisions and your own funds. Plumbline is not financial, legal or security advice.
About what is reported
Results describe technical indicators of a link or address. They are not statements about any person or company. Community reports are opinions of other users and are not verified.
Using the service
- Use it for lawful purposes and for your own safety checks.
- Do not try to overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, work around its limits, or submit false reports to harm someone.
- I may rate limit or block use that harms the service or other people.
Plans and payment
- Free has a daily limit shown in the bot. Pro has no daily limit and adds the full report and watchlist alerts.
- Pro is paid in Telegram Stars through Telegram's payment system and is subject to Telegram's own terms. It starts when Telegram confirms the payment.
- The 7-day pass is a one-time payment and does not renew. The monthly plan renews every 30 days until you cancel it in the bot or in Telegram. Cancelling stops the next charge; Pro continues until the paid period ends.
- Prices are shown in Stars before you pay and can change for future purchases.
Refunds
-
Within 24 hours of a payment you may refund it in full yourself from
/paysupport, once every 30 days. Refunding ends the Pro time that payment bought and cancels renewal. - If you were charged twice, or charged and Pro did not start, write to joshuamhone9@gmail.com and the payment will be refunded in full.
- After 24 hours, time already used is not refunded.
- Nothing here limits any right you have by law to a refund.
Availability
Plumbline depends on Telegram and on third-party data services. I aim to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted service, and checks can be incomplete when a data source is down. The result says so when that happens.
No warranty and limits on liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses that result from relying on a verdict, from a missed threat, or from a mistaken flag, and my total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or removes consumer rights you have where you live.
Ending and changes
You can stop using Plumbline at any time and erase your data with /deletemydata.
I may change the service or these terms; if a change matters, the bot will say so, and
continuing to use it after that means you accept the new terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the country where I live, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. Questions: joshuamhone9@gmail.com.
